Out of the Country for the First Time

Like I mentioned in my first post, the first time I ever travelled outside of the United States was last June, when I went to Spain with my school.  It was a student exchange program, and I got to live with a family in the Basque Country of northern Spain and experience the culture firsthand.  I love when people ask me how it went, because to be completely honest…

The entire trip was absolutely amazing.

I often tell people that I consider those 14 days to be the best of my life.  It was an awesome way to begin my travels, and I have made sure that every last detail and amazing sight has been glued to my memory.  And I have no regrets…well, almost none ;).

Even though this trip happened almost an entire year ago, I will be telling the stories of all my adventures in Spain here!
